- A van version of the Series E, rated at 5-cwt capacity and designated as the Series Z, was produced from 1940 to 1953
- The 29bhp side-valve engine was upgraded to the Morris USHM series, getting a new cylinder head, counterbalanced crankshaft and shell-type bearings
- A good number of these vans were supplied in CKD form to Ireland where they were assembled by G.A. Brittain of Dublin
- Although this was later assembled in Ireland, according to the accompanying BMIHT Factory Record, its build date is recorded as 10-14/071947
- It was originally registered as ZK7933 to William Delaney in County Offaly on 17/10/1951
- There are lots of images in the history file showing the vehicle in a very poor state and further images showing a comprehensive, body-off, engine out restoration presumably c.2008/09 and further images of the little Morris looking splendid taken in August 2009
- Purchased by our vendor's Father from the Vintage Petrol Pump Company on 22/01/2013 for £5,700. Subsequently transferred to our vendor's name on 12/07/2020
- Supplied with copies of its original Irish Registration document, its UK V5C, extensive correspondence with HMRC (NOVA), the Morris Register and the DVLA regarding its UK registration number and an original operation manual in excellent condition
- Very little mileage since the restoration but has been in storage for ten years and not run during that time. No reason to assume that it won’t run and drive well after the normal recommissioning.
