Our process

1. Escrow Service

In collaboration with local agents in America and Dubai, we offer you an Escrow Service. This allows you to securely make international payments without needing to be physically present. Additionally, the on-site agent can inspect and share the condition of the vehicle.

2. International vehicle transport (pick-up).

We arrange the transport to the port from where your imported vehicle will be shipped. We also ensure that all the necessary documents are in order for customs clearance in the country of origin.

3. Shipping the imported vehicle

We ship your imported vehicle for you. You can choose between container transport or RoRo (Roll-on/Roll-off) transport and specify the ports you'd like to use. Additionally, we handle the customs clearance for you, both in the country of origin and at the destination

4. Inspection and vehicle registration

After the customs clearance at the destination port, we transport your imported vehicle to the inspection station, typically right at our own location. In our modern workshop, we conduct daily TÜV and RDW inspections, where we repair or modify the vehicle if necessary

5. BPM handling

Before a Dutch license plate can be applied for an imported vehicle, BPM (Dutch vehicle tax) declaration must be made. We calculate the lowest possible BPM for you to ensure you don't overpay. Afterward, we will submit the BPM declaration on your behalf and proceed with the license plate application and installation.

6. Delivery of your imported vehicle

The most enjoyable part for both you and us: the delivery of your imported vehicle! It can take place at our location, or we can transport the vehicle to the location of your choice for delivery.
