The Ferrari 365 GTC/4 is a Grand Tourer produced by Ferrari in 1971 and 1972. During its very short production run of two years, 505 examples of the GTC/4 were produced, making the car an exclusive example of Italian craftsmanship.
Often referred to as the “gentleman’s Daytona”, the 365GTC/4 shared the same chassis and engine. Power from the V12 had been downrated slightly over the Daytona, from 347 to 340 hp, to provide a more tractable response suited to a GT-oriented Ferrari. In place of the Daytona’s downdraft setup, six twin-choke side-draft Weber carburetors were used, allowing for the car’s lower, sloping bonnet line.
The history of this vehicle is fully documented in an original Certificate of Authenticity issued by Ferrari Classice in September 2015.
The Ferrari 365 GTC/4 currently has a red bumper with Borrani rims, but the original black bumper has been retained and will be delivered with the vehicle including the original tool kit.
The red exterior coating and original tan and charcoal interior are in perfect condition.
The Ferrari 365 GTC/4 is in perfect mechanical condition and displays all the beautiful features that defined the golden age of Italian sports cars.
Although in our opinion one of the better Ferraris to drive, this rarer sibling of the Daytona is still vastly underrated.
