A great opportunity to acquire a Jaguar engine Jaguar E-type Flat Floor 1961 for your ongoing project or restoration! On behalf of our customer we are offering this rare Jaguar E-Type engine from a very rare, early Jaguar "Flat Floor" model from 1961, 3.8 liter, Engine Number: 1843-8

Block and head are matching. The engine block is from 04.09.1961

The engine is completely overhauled and has the following components:

- New cylinder liners

- New pistons

- Crankshaft ground and hardened

- Connecting rod weighed and polished

- All bearings, chains, oil pump, guides were replaced

- Rear oil seal conversion kit

The cylinder head was overhauled and the following parts were replaced:

- New valves

- New springs

- New valve guides

- Valve seats renewed

- New pestle cup
