This beautiful MG Midget MK III “split bumper” from 1970 model was sold new in Germany and imported into the Netherlands in May 2001. The car has had five enthusiastic owners over the past 23 years. The last owner unfortunately damaged the bodywork in a moment of inattention. The car was purchased by S2 Classic Cars, the sheet metal was repaired in 2023 and the bodywork was restored in our workshop. The car has been repainted in the original color. Furthermore, the car has been brought up to date (including the installation of a new rear axle) and extensively serviced.

The 62 hp 1275 cc MG A-series engine runs beautifully and the exhaust sound is sporty but never tiring. The compact interior offers enough space for a driver up to 185 cm tall. The car is equipped with Minilite-style alloy wheels, original headrests, a sports steering wheel with leather rim, a radio console with period-correct radio and speaker, K&N sports air filters and an aluminum valve cover.

This MG Midget looks beautiful and the car drives excellently. A wonderful find for the person or couple who loves the British drive and lifestyle!
