The Ferrari Berlinetta Boxer (BB) is one like no other. The Ferrari 512BB was produced in Italy from 1973 to 1984. The production of this Ferrari BB was a big step for Enzo Ferrari. The car manufacturer did not believe that buyers could handle the power of a mid-engine. However, the engineers were impressed with the performance of other mid-engined cars and convinced Enzo to produce a Ferrari with a mid-mounted flat-12.

The Ferrari Berlinetta Boxer owes its name 512 BB to the car's 5 liter, 12-cylinder engine.

The Ferrari Berlinetta Boxer was designed by Leonardo Fioravanti and was a groundbreaking model for Ferrari in more ways than one. The Ferrari BB was the first mid-engine road car to bear the Ferrari name. Production started in 1976 and ended in 1981. A total of 929 cars were built.

Our Ferrari 512BB came off the production line in 1978 and was professionally restored in Germany by a Ferrari specialist about 5 years ago. The performance of the 512 BB is excellent and is a pleasure to drive. The car is one of the nicest you will find today and comes complete with toolkit and complete history file.
